Oberhausen 2020 - online
Like other festivals also Oberhausen International Shortfilm Festival has to move it's recent edition into the internet due to the pandemia. Within this edition and in various sections a number of titles from sixpackfilm's catalogue have been included: Heavy Metal Detox by Josef Dabernig plays in the International Competition (IC3) as well as Pomp by Katrina Daschner (IC5), the last part of her series which can be seen as an entire program by itself within the festival: Katrina Daschner: An Eight Part Dream Novella.
Furthermore the german-austrian production The Institute by Alexander Glandien has been selected into the German Competition (GC3) - the complete festival program and streaming schedule can be found here
And finally sixpackfilm has been invited again to contribute with a showcase of recent productions from our catalogue within the Distributors screenings. (see details here)

Who's Afraid of RGB by Billy Roisz received the Leon Speakers Award for Best Sound Design, THORAX by Siegfried Fruhauf one of the Juror Awards ! Congratulations !

Diagonale 2020 "Die Unvollendete" - online-Auswahl
Am 24. März hätte die Diagonale 2020 in Graz eröffnen sollen. Nach ihrer Absage aufgrund der Pandemie-Erläße stellt sie nun einen Teil ihres Programms auf flimmit.com online: Historische Themenschwerpunkte, aktuelle frische Kurzfilme und weitere Querschnitte aus dem diesjährigen Programm. Darunter eine Vielzahl von Filmen aus dem sixpackfilm-Katalog.
