Beauty and the Beast
The consequent presentation of "natural birth" in the urban jungle using waste paper. "Die Welt" serves as an aseptic sheet, an ATARI-box as a dressing table ... The child (beauty) in the belly and later in the claws of the beast (mother). The mother tries to add some occidental sense of culture to the mother´s milk. She plays, sings and dances. The astonished child sends lallophonic signals to the extra-terrestrials.
(Mara Mattuschka)
"... autobiographical notes about bringing up children. A birth, the bite in the umbilical cord, a baby between sheets of music. Mimi fiddles educationally on a violine without strings, offers her breast and enjoys the little king with an improvised hysterical performance, and suddenly starts with dadaistic oracles, letting the blead dance and carrying the child out into big wide world."
